Rosanna joined Tipp Realty in 2005 and has been a resident of Vallejo since 1989 and a lifetime Bay Area resident. She has a 20 year financial background as well as extensive marketing, sales and customer service expertise. Her goal is to provide the finest service and the highest level of integrity possible in all real estate transactions. Dreaming of the perfect home is the reality Rosanna will strive to provide.  She is very active with her position as a Director for the Solano Association of Realtors. Also she is a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Previously she volunteered her time at the Glen Cove elementary PTA for 4 years. In addition to her community work she enjoys worldwide travel, decorating, gardening and the arts.  Her home sales since 2005 have been more than 200 homes assisting both buyers and sellers.
