Ruth has lived in the Vallejo/Benicia area for 16 years, and 15 of those have been working as a Real Estate Agent for Tipp Realty at Glen Cove. She moved here from San Francisco for several reasons: To be closer to her family in Sacramento, to get out of the Savings and Loan business where she managed a staff of 80+, and to find parking when she wanted it!

Ruth’s personality makes her a natural for Real Estate. She never meets a stranger and puts her clients at ease immediately upon meeting. She’s had over 30 years in real estate related fields, has a degree in Urban Studies from San Francisco State and has bought and sold several of her own properties. She loves her home, and succeeds in finding homes for her clients to love. Her passions are cooking and gardening. She’ll willingly share her extensive knowledge with all who know her. She’s well known to other realtor’s for her “pecan pies” and has raised thousands of dollars for the Make A Wish Foundation by auctioning off the pies or dinners or brunches at her house.
